DAY 1:
ARRIVE SYDNEY
On arrival in Sydney a private
car will transfer you to your
hotel
DAY 2:
SYDNEY (B, L)
This morning’s city tour will be
followed by a lunch cruise on
Sydney’s beautiful
harbour.Highlights include
Sydney Opera House, Rocks area,
Harbour Bridge and Bondi Beach
and the entrance to Sydney
Harbour at Watsons Bay.
DAY 3:
SYDNEY (B, L)
Full day tour by 4WD to the Blue
Mountains National Park for
spectacular scenery. Lunch and
visit to wildlife park included.
DAY 4:
SYDNEY TO FRASER ISLAND (B)
Transfer provided to airport for
early morning flight to Harvey
Bay and connection by ferry to
the island. Arrive at beautiful
World Heritage listed Fraser
Island which is the largest sand
island in the world and the only
place in the world where
rainforest grows in sand.
DAY 5:
FRASER ISLAND (B, L)
Full Day Ranger-guided 4WD Eco
Tour including lunch. Guests
learn about the natural and
cultural history of Fraser
Island.
Swim in the crystal-clear, blue
waters of Lake McKenzie, the
island’s most beautiful perched
lake. Walk through the
rainforest. Drive along
spectacular Seventy-Five Mile
Beach. Stop to swim in the cool
fresh waters of Eli Creek. Visit
the Maheno shipwreck.
DAY 6:
FRASER ISLAND TO CAIRNS (B)
Today’s destination is Cairns in
North Tropical Queensland.
Transfer to your beach
accommodation in Cairns.
DAY 7:
CAIRNS (B, L) A full day at the
Great Barrier Reef with time to
swim, snorkel and viewing of the
colourful marine life and large
coral formations from the
semi-submersible vessel. Diving
available as additional option.
Buffet lunch included.
DAY 8:
CAIRNS (B, L)
Kuranda Scenic Railway traveling
through many tunnels and past
steep gorges and spectacular
waterfalls. Arrive at
Rainforestation Nature Park for
a ride on the amphibious army
duck. Learn about the tropical
fruit. Join the Dreamtime Walk
for an insight into ancient
Aboriginal and Islander history.
Try boomerang throwing. The
Pamagirri Dancers perform a
range of native dances. A
delicious barbeque lunch is
included. Visit the Koala and
Wildlife Park. Board Skyrail, an
experience which takes you over
the Rainforest canopy . Tonight
visit Cairns night zoo.
DAY 9:
DEPARTURE DAY (B)
Your arrangements end with a
transfer to Cairns airport.
