Day One: We are waiting you to Arrive in Istanbul

Welcome to this country! We were waiting you to arrive this country for unforgettable 2023 Anzac Day Tours! We will let you know about your accommodation information before your arrival flight. So once you checked into your hotel in Istanbul you will have time rest or explore around the Istanbul. And also your tour guide will be in contact with you in your hotel. If you have any question don’t hesitate to ask him/her they will help you to answer all of them.

Day Two: A way from Istanbul to Gallipoli – Fully Guided Tour of Gallipoli

Early in the morning you will start your day with breakfast. Don’t say I’m not hungry because you will need an enormous energy today.

After you stored your energy we will on the way for Gallipoli which one of the Battlefield of World War I. On the road your tour guide will show you some movies and documentaries about what happened on this liand 107 years ago. This afternoon on a fully guided tour, you will visit the Kabatepe War Museum, Anzac Cove, Hell Spit Cemetery, Lone Pine, the Nek and the Chunuk Bair War Memorial.

You can say why we are visiting Anzac cove on this day. We will come back there on Anzac Commemoration Day but that day this area will be so crowded. You will have best opportunity to explore around while calm.

This evening we will travel to our luxurious accommodation, where an all-you-can-eat buffet dinner awaits.

Day Three: Rural Village Visit and Prepare for Anzac Day

Today you will amazed by rural face of Turkey. You will feel the pure nature and healthy weather when you wake up. You don’t need to wake up early so enjoy your healthy and happy morning. After breakfast we will leave for Tahtakuslar. This village has a different type of museum. Its only one in Turkey and about nomads and also Unesco awarded it. This museus has many thing to say you about nomads lifestyle, handcrafts, flora and fauna of Turkey etc. More than thousands years ago Turkish people were nomadic but after years of nomadic movements they are settled in this land. But small percentenge of them still keeping their nomadic tradition and they lives on the top of mountains. They are called as “göçebe” and “yörük”.  And also more than 30.000 nomadic villages and tribes are still exist in Turkey. Be sure you rest enough for Anzac commomeration day because it will be so tiredful. Before departing to Gallipoli for Anzac Day you will have a chance to have dinner. Departing to Gallipoli will be late afternoon because every attend want to get a good spot with view. We should remind you we will stay at the Anzac cove area therefore bring your sleeping bag, warm clothes(Night time will be cold) even ready for wet weather.

Day Four:  ANZAC Day (Gallipoli to Istanbul)

You will be have unextordinary morning with Dawn Service at Anzac Cove. It will be so meaningful morning for you. After completing Dawn Service you will be on the road for Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair which they are Australian and New Zealand memorial area. Today you will feel your emotion so high. After visiting those areas you will be on the for go back to Istanbul. We will be there late evening.

Overnight: Istanbul

Day Five: The end of the tour

Today is the day where our short but so meaningful journey’s end. You will leave this country with great memories and new friends. If you want transfer service to airport let us know earlier as soon as possible.

Question: My friends have already booked for 2023 Anzac Day Tours with you and I would now like to be with them. Is this possible?

Answer: If you provide your demand as soon as possible then we will do our best to accommodate you. However if you make a booking close to Anzac Day then we may have already allocated hotels and bus groups. Once again we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot make any promises but please ask so we can check it out for you.

Question: Do the prices quoted include Entrance Fees to sites visited and is their any local payment component for these tours?
Answer: There is no local payment that needs to be paid unless outlined in the itineraries.
Question: What time do I need to arrive on the starting day of my tour?

Answer: Except “2 Day Anzac Day Tour” all of our tours’ first day arrival day and its for relaxing from your tiredful flight.
Q. I am booked your 2 Day Anzac Tour and want to know where the pick up and drop off points are in Istanbul.
A. The 2 Day Anzac Tour starts on the 24th April and all customers will informed about meeting time and exact point before their flight therefore you don’t need to worry about it.
Q: I am travelling alone and was wondering if you have many people who travel alone on your tours? Also what are my options for accommodation?
A: Every year we have many guest (both male and female) travel alone on our Anzac Day tours and it is a great way to meet new people. If you want you can stay single room but it will cost extra but if its not problem to share your room (same gender) it will be lower rate.Please note that this is subject to availability.
Q. How many people will be on my tour?
A. It depends on the number of people on your particular tour but a group will be no larger than 40 people.
Q: Which currency do I need for Turkey and do I need to Exchange Money before leaving home?
A. The most common currency in Turkey is the TL (Turkish Lira) although other currencies are accepted in some shops and restaurants. We recommend for ease that you use the local currency when paying in cash but you can purchase many things on credit cards also. We advise all our passengers to carry some cash on them at all times for small purchases and paying for public toilets etc. You may like to check with your bank before leaving home if your card is ready for international use.
Q. Do we need to give our guides and driver a tip at the end of the tour?
A. Tipping isn’t included to tour payment but its a big part of life in Turkey and the cost of your tour does not include any tips or displays of gratitude towards guides and coach drivers. If you have enjoyed your tour and the efforts of these people then please feel free to give them a tip. The amount is entirely up to you and usually one person will collect these on behalf of the people in your group.
Q. I want airport transfer service can you arrange for me?
A. If you let us know earlier your request we will happy to help you about your arrival and departure transfer services. 1-4 people one way service price is 75$ and 4-8 people is 100$.
Q. How to prepare to attend Anzac Day Commomeration?
A. PLEASE BRING:
* Wet weather jacket and pants
* Warm blanket
* Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes
* Warm, thermal clothing, jacket, beanie, hat or cap, gloves, scarf
* Food / snacks
* Drinking water
* Torch
* Prescription medications (if necessary)
* Sunscreen
* Camera
* A small day pack may be useful to carry these items.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING:

* Camping equipment
* Weapons or sharp objects
* Flammable liquids
